As a registered general psychologist with over two decades of experience, I am passionate about supporting individuals facing Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Adult ADHD, Burnout, Adjustment Difficulties, Relationship Issues, and many other challenges. I particularly enjoy working with people from all walks of life, including traditional custodians of the land, neurodiverse individuals, those who are sexually and/or gender diverse, veterans, women, mothers, and anyone seeking support. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing on evidence-based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, Strengths-Based, and Solutions-Focused modalities.
